Front Garden
The grounds to this wonderful Upper Villa are plentiful and consist of the front garden as you enter from Stewart Street through the stone wall with a wrought iron gate which has a lovely gravelled area with mature shrubs and flower beds to one side and a path winding through to the back garden with outbuildings, some belonging to the Upper Villa with power, light and water, leading to the back gardens.
Rear Garden
The back garden has multiple areas that can be entered via the path from the front garden or through a gated entrance, shared with the lower villa, that comes from the adjoining lane through the large stone wall which forms the boundary. There is a former garage converted to a workshop with light and power, but could be restored as a garage if desired. A potting shed, glasshouse, poly tunnel and a chicken run and coop. There are raised beds for vegetable patches, fruit trees, established soft fruit bushes and an abundance of flora and fauna due to the flower beds and pond. A shared, large, drying green is located between the upper and lower villa gardens. On top of all that it even offers sea views to the Firth of Clyde from the ground level of the back garden and it is south facing and catches the sun for most of the day.
