⭐️ Property Viewings ⭐️
If you are selling or viewing a property, accompanied viewings continue to be allowed. Anyone viewing a property is NOT there to visit on a social basis. Waterside will continue to carry out accompanied property viewings.
The updated restrictions announced on Tuesday were "Do not meet people from any other households in your home or another person’s home socially, unless they are in your extended household"

Waterside takes safety very seriously and we will do the following:

⭐️ We are following stringent protocols;
⭐️ The viewing agent is wearing PPE and carrying hand sanitizer;
⭐️ Viewers are asked to wear a face covering and gloves;
⭐️ The viewers are asked not to touch any surfaces;
⭐️ Anyone with symptoms will not be allowed to view;
⭐️ The only person who will touch anything is our viewing agent;
⭐️ We are restricting viewings to a maximum of two viewers;
⭐️ Social distancing will be maintained.

It is important that you use a local agent who can ensure all property viewings are carried out in a safe and controlled way. If you are a property owner and unhappy with your agent or prospective viewer do not hesitate in contacting us.
